I’ve already shown you in detail how I organize my embossing powders in my Craft Room and if you missed that entry, you can find it HERE.

Today I am going to show you in detail how I organize my markers. I have a lot of section in my Craft Room where I organize all my markers, and luckily, there’s a lot of them!

First and in a totally subjective order – because I adore them – come the Copic Markers. They always have the best spot and are always on display, and I could even say they are decorating my desk because they are really very pretty and I get inspired when I see them.

They are organized in a chest with MDF dividers made by a good friend of mine (thank you Totis) who knows how to use all carpentry tools and occasionally makes his own furniture when he has the time and the inclination. These inner dividers make it possible to keep all the Copic markers divided by color or color family. When we have the online classes on Copic Markers in Spanish available, you will understand this divisions according to color family, because I will explain in depth.

Secondly, because they are very versatile, come my Distress Markers. These markers are very special for me because they were a gift from a husband. He surprised me one day with the whole pack and before giving them to me he took some pictures in a photo booth nearby to go with the gift! Isn’t he adorable? Thank you, love!

I am sure you’ve seen me using these markers in a lot of videos. My favorite way to use them is as watercolors. For that, I use a non-absorbent surface, a brush with water and all of them with their wonderful colors and I paint a lot of things! You are bound to love them because they are really very versatile.

Thirdly – and I am super used to using them in my Art Journal – come the Faber Castell PITT Big Brush. The range of colors is amazing and I especially like to use them by placing them on a non-absorbent surface, like Medium Gel already dry, and blur them with my fingers. Yes, I know they leave stains and it’s hard to wash them out afterwards, but to be honest, if you enjoy them like I do, it’s a real pleasure because you can soften the edges yourself and literally feel it at the tip of your fingers!

It’s a strange, sensory experience. Just like Gelatos…

Gelatos! When I think of them I just close my eyes and smile. They are truly an experience everyone should have.
Women love make-up, don’t we? Well, imagine painting with lipstick in every color, in every tone or shade. Creamy on the paper and water-soluble too… a dream come true! Thank you Faber Castell for inventing them! They are my favorites BY FAR!
