Sizzix ha tenido la amabilidad de enviarme la nueva Big Shot color gris y blanca para que use en mis videos y en contraprestación, yo les hice una serie de videos con los materiales que me enviaron que seguramente empezarán a ver en mi Canal de YouTube en estas semanas.
Debo reconocer que tener dos big shots es como el sueño de muchas de nosotras y a mi me viene genial para tener una en Buenos Aires y la otra en Uruguay y de esta manera seguir filmándoles videos haciendo tarjetas cuando estoy en un lugar o en el otro! Con la máquina troqueladora que me siento más cómoda y que sinceramente creo que es la mejor, por su versatilidad, tamaño y peso.
Les puedo contar que sí he encontrado diferencias entre la Big Shot anterior (la celeste) y ésta. La nueva, la gris y blanca ejerce un poquitito más de presión sobre los cortes. Eso me viene genial porque a veces en mi Big Shot anterior, tenía que pasar los troqueles dos veces por la máquina, cambiándolo de lugar para que la presión de la máquina sea ejercida en otros sectores del troquel y de esa manera sea un corte preciso.
Ahora, con la máquina gris, eso no tengo que hacerlo más porque esa presión extra que noto, es la necesaria para que se logre un corte preciso en una sola pasada!
Por eso si estas pensando en comprar una Big Shot no lo dudes! Decídete por la gris y blanca, hace una presión más pareja y se vende al mismo precio que la celeste! Sizzix la envía a todo el mundo por correo y te llega a la puerta de tu casa si la compras AQUI!
Para hacer estar tarjeta, usé también unos troqueles nuevos de JilliBean Soup que me parecieron extremadamente divertidos para caracterizar las ideas! Una tarjeta como esta es ideal para enviarle a una amiga con una propuesta novedosa que se nos haya ocurrido!

Sizzix has been kind enough to send me their new grey and white Big Shot to use in my videos and in return, I’ve made a series of videos with the materials they sent me that you will most likely see in the upcoming weeks on my YouTube Channel.
I must admit that having two big shots is a dream for a lot of us and it’s super practical for me to have one in Buenos Aires and the other in Uruguay and in this way to continue filming videos and making cards no matter where I am! This is the die-cutting machine I feel the most comfortable with, I truly believe it’s the best, because of its versatility, size and weight.
I can tell you that I have found some differences between the previous Big Shot (the light blue one) and this one. The new one, in grey and white, applies a little more pressure when cutting. This is fantastic, because sometimes with the previous Big Shot I had to run the die-cuts through the machine twice, changing position so the pressure from the machine was applied in different sections of the die-cut and I could get a precise cut.
Now, with the grey machine, that’s not necessary anymore because that extra pressure I noticed is enough to get a perfect cut in your first attempt!
So if you are thinking of buying a Big Shot don’t think it through any further! Go for the grey and white one, it applies pressure more evenly and it’s sold at the same price as the light blue one! To make this card, I also used some new die-cuts from JilliBean Soupthat I thought were really fun to give our ideas personality! A card like that is ideal to send to a friend with an innovative proposal we’ve come up with!
Para estampar la frase Hello también usé un set de sellos y troqueles de Sizzix que se llama Circle Words pero lo enmascaré con cinta Washi Tape y le dí el look de unos paréntesis! Me parece que es una buena forma de que logres más de los mismos sellos que ya tienes, si puedes enmascararlos y transformarlos en algo más!
Espero que te guste la tarjeta, es simple pero graciosa, ya que la lamparita se mueve gracias a un resorte que tiene detrás y con ese movimiento sus ojos también se mueven! Es muy graciosa verla en acción!

To print the phrase Hello I also used a set of stamps and die-cuts from Sizzix called Circle Words, but I masked it using Washi Tape and made it look like parentheses! I think that’s a good idea for you to get more out of the stamps you already have, if you can mask them and transform them into something new!
I hope you like the card, it’s simple but funny, since the lightbulb moves thanks to a spring at the back, and with the movement, its eyes move too! It’s a lot of fun to see in action!
